Volunteer Commitment

The greatest among you will be your servant

At Grace we have amazing programs, missions, and other opportunities to serve not only our congregation but our community at large. Here are a few examples
  • Back-To-School outreach ministry
  • Vacation Bible School
  • Santa Luncheon outreach for community
  • Sunday school and small group studies
  • Various music groups and ensembles
  • And many, many more

None of these programs would be successful without the help of our volunteers. Volunteers are the heart and soul of everything we do at Grace. We have a great core group of volunteers but in order to take the next step we need you to take one too. Would you please consider donating some of your valuable time and talents to help further our ministries? No matter your talents or the amount of time you can give we have a place for you.

Your Next Steps
We encourage you to find your spiritual gift as this will help guide you as to where your time will be best served. What are spiritual gifts? Spiritual gifts differ from natural talents and abilities. They are like a God-given inner fire; a passion that ignites, inspires and empowers us to do God’s will. Spiritual gifts aren’t just for super-Christians: every Christian has at least one. The more you discover how to serve through your gift(s), the more joy you will have and the more fruitful your service will be.  To help figure out your spiritual gifts, we ask that you please take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment online: Spiritual Gift Assessment
Once you understand your spiritual gift, use the Gift Based Service Guide to help you understand what type of volunteer opportunity would best fit your passion.  Grace has many areas of service that have varying time commitments and require differing talents, so please let us help you find a place to serve:  Gift Based Service Guide
