Grace Christian Child Care

- Every child is a precious individual, worthy of unconditional love and respect.
- Children recognize their potential when they are offered opportunities for spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in a safe and loving environment.
- Care outside the home should support but cannot substitute for a fulfilling home life.
Our program operates year-round from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Early Childhood Education and Childcare is provided for children from infancy through five years of age in the Educational Wing of Grace United Methodist Church. Before and After School Care and a Summer Camp Program are designed for elementary school-age children. Two playground areas are available for outdoor activities, and an All Purpose Room/Gymnasium for indoor fun and games. Volunteers, presentations, and field trips integrate our program with the community. Transportation is provided to the Hershey Elementary Schools in Derry Township School District, and to the Nye & South Hanover Elementary Schools in Lower Dauphin School District.
There is no discrimination in admission policy, meal service, or the use of facilities. We participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program, a federal program that provides healthy meals and snacks to children receiving child care. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are served at no separate charge regardless of race, color, national and ethnic origin, sex, age, or disability. Grace Christian Child Care is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Service.
