Mental Health First Aid Training, December 2nd

Coming right here to Grace on Saturday, December 2, from 8am-5pm, Mental Health First Aid Training!

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health problems and substance use disorders in adults. This training is FREE for United Methodists, and it includes breakfast, lunch, and materials ($50 for others). CEU’s are available for multiple professions. We’ve all been touched by the recent tragedies in our communities, and this training provides crucial information to help those around us.
